QEP/MQEP judging

30 Nov 2021, Tampere, Finland

The Federation of European Professional Photographers awarded 27 new Qualified European Photographer and 4 new Master titles

The Federation of European Photographers was able to continue its qualification program after a two-year forced break due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The judging took place in Tampere, Finland during the last weekend of November.

Because there had been no judging sessions for two years, many photographers were interested in obtaining these qualifications and the FEP received a record amount of both QEP and Master QEP applications. The overall standard of the work on display ranks amongst the best in the world with an amazing diversity of disciplines. Photographers from all over Europe experienced an inspirational three days. At the end of the judging session 27 photographers from 10 different countries received their QEP titles and 4 photographers from 3 countries their Master QEP titles.

The judges felt that although there had been a two year gap in sessions the overall standard and creativity had flourished during the  Corona enforced  break.
